 We create chef prepared meals for free for distribution through organizations that feed the hungry. 

In 2015, Bill Evans started a non-profit called Set the Banquet Table. Fast-forward to 2021, and a project under Set the Banquet Table, Miami Valley Meals, became the main focus of the organization.

 To combat food insecurity through advocacy and programs that support and improve local efforts, while reducing food waste, for those who are affected by food insecurity, by providing bulk nutritious chef-prepared meals, culinary job-training programs and offering education to improve the entire service network.
